民國84-87年在關山成立速食餐廳,之後老闆娘及老闆自覺本身為原住民,應有使命傳承原住民料理,於是在88年,在自家空地蓋起餐廳,「紅瓦屋風味餐廳」在此誕生。我們鑽研食材的風味和調味料之間的美味平衡,運用簡單烹飪的手法,讓食物本身該有的味道自然呈現出來,這是我們為滿足消費者味蕾的願望!秉持著不浪費食材,所以店裡採預約制,對於食物的烹調,凡事用心,這就是我們始終堅持的地方!
In 1995-1998, a fast food restaurant was established in Guanshan. After that, the proprietress and the boss consciously belonged to the aborigines, and should have a mission to inherit the aboriginal cuisine.So in the year of 88, the restaurant was built in the open space, and the "Red Tile House Restaurant" was born here.We delve into the delicious balance between the flavor of the ingredients and the seasonings, using simple cooking techniques to give the food itself a natural taste.This is our desire to satisfy the taste buds of consumers!Upholding no waste of ingredients, so the store adopts an appointment system, for the cooking of food, all things are attentive, this is where we always insist!
