民國84-87年在關山成立速食餐廳，之後老闆娘及老闆自覺本身為原住民，應有使命傳承原住民料理，於是在88年，在自家空地蓋起餐廳，「紅瓦屋風味餐廳」在此誕生。我們鑽研食材的風味和調味料之間的美味平衡，運用簡單烹飪的手法，讓食物本身該有的味道自然呈現出來，這是我們為滿足消費者味蕾的願望！秉持著不浪費食材，所以店裡採預約制，對於食物的烹調，凡事用心，這就是我們始終堅持的地方！
In 1995-1998, a fast food restaurant was established in Guanshan.
